We’re looking for CNC Programmers with the experience and skill needed to thrive in a shop that’s focused on short-runs, quality parts, and on-time deliveries.
TCR hires the most talented individuals in our field and we treat them right. This position calls for CNC Programmers with a broad skillset who are willing to share their knowledge in a team environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years Machining + 5 years Programming Experience
- Must be Fluent in Gibbs Cam
- Must be skilled in Solid Works
- Must be skilled in Fanuc Controls
- Experience with Vericut preferred
- Knowledge of tooling & GD&T
- Experience with complicated parts, large and small
- Knowledge of lathe and mill processes in multiple axis applications
- Steady work history a Must!
- Strong commitment to perform quality work
- Knowledge of Microsoft office / outlook
What You’d Do
- Generate process drawings
- Generate lathe and mill programs
- Generate machine run times
- Communicate with management
- Maintain awareness of scheduled work
- Work with machinists to achieve optimal programs
- Maintain accurate files of programs and revisions
